Photo Questions

Good Lighting is Key
Ensure your photo has proper lighting to capture the details of your furry (or non-furry) friend’s face. The lighting should be bright enough to highlight details but not so intense that it washes out their features.

Aim for a Head-On Shot
Capture the full face in the photo, including both ears. If part of your pet’s face is cropped out or obscured, only that portion will appear on your product.

Keep It Sharp
Avoid blurry photos. The clearer the image, the better the final product. Remember, the photo will be scaled down, so sharpness is essential to retain subtle features.

Our products can feature a maximum of four different faces. When selecting multiple faces, each face in the photo will be cropped individually and placed separately on the product. If the faces are touching in the uploaded photo and you prefer them cropped together, please add a note for our designers during checkout.

1 Face:
Upload one photo. If your photo contains more than one subject, such as you and your pet, leave a note during checkout specifying which face should appear on the product. Provide detailed instructions to ensure accuracy.

2 Faces:
You can upload one or two photos. For example, if your photo includes two subjects (e.g., two pets), you can upload a single photo. Alternatively, you can upload two separate photos for each face.
If your photo(s) have more than two subjects, leave a note for our designers specifying the faces you want to include on the product.

3 or 4 Faces:
You can upload up to four photos. If all desired faces are in one photo, upload that single image. Otherwise, you can upload separate photos for each face.
If your photo(s) contain more subjects than the selected number of faces, leave a detailed “order note” during checkout specifying the faces to include.

Printing Options:
Our socks can be printed in two ways:

  • A pair of socks featuring one face.
  • A pair of socks featuring two or more faces alternating throughout the design.

Additional Costs:

  • 2 Faces: $2.99 extra.
  • 3 Faces: $6.00 extra.
  • 4 Faces: $9.00 extra.

Please note that additional taxes may apply depending on your location.

Absolutely! At HappyYay, you can upload pictures of pets, people, cars, logos, or anything meaningful to you. We also have patterns with neutral, plain backgrounds to suit any upload. If you have specific requests, simply add them to the note box for our designers—we’re happy to help!

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a proof of your order since our designers personally set up your image and carefully crop your pet’s face. Rest assured, if any issues arise, we’ll reach out via email to request a new image. Just make sure your photos are family-friendly!

Yes, we do! We’ll carefully crop the photo to focus on your furry or non-furry friend’s face, removing all other details. Just provide us with a high-quality, head-on photo, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Ordering and Payment

Because of our fast turnaround times and the custom nature of our products, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We accept all major credit cards and process payments securely through Bolt. For added convenience, we also accept Amazon Pay and PayPal for a fast and easy checkout experience. Please note, all prices are listed in USD, and your card will be charged in your local currency.

For security reasons, we cannot charge your card for additional items after your order is placed. However, we can issue a refund to the card used for your order if needed.

Refunds to major credit cards typically process within 1-2 business days. Refunds through PayPal, however, may take 7-10 business days. Don’t worry, though—we’re confident you won’t need a refund unless you get a little too excited and accidentally order too many socks!
