What makes a good photo to upload?+
A clear, well-lit, head-on shot with both ears visible works best. Natural light shows details more accurately than flash, especially on darker coats.
How many pets can I put on one product?+
Most items support up to 3 pets. If faces are touching in the photo, mention it in the order notes so our artists can separate them cleanly.
Can I upload a photo of a person instead of a pet?+
Yes — bandanas, apparel, mugs and blankets can all feature people, pets, or a mix of both.
Can I see a proof before it ships?+
Because every order is hand-placed by a designer, we don't send proofs before production. If anything looks off on arrival, our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee covers a fix or replacement.

Can I change or cancel my order?+
Since production starts quickly on personalized items, changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and PayPal.
How long does a refund take to process?+
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

How does sizing work?+
Each product page has a size chart. Bandanas come in two neck sizes; apparel follows standard US sizing.
What are your products made of?+
Bandanas and apparel are a soft cotton-blend; mugs are dishwasher- and microwave-safe ceramic; blankets are plush sherpa-backed fleece.
How do I wash my personalized items?+
Machine wash bandanas and apparel inside-out in cold water, tumble dry low. Hand-washing mugs preserves the print longest, though they are dishwasher-safe.
Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?+
Production takes 2–4 business days, then standard shipping is 3–5 business days within the US.
Do you ship internationally?+
We currently ship within the United States and Canada only. Canada shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All prices are in USD.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?+
If your order hasn't entered production yet, email us right away and we'll update it.
