At Happy Yay, we want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, our 30-day return policy has you covered. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@happyyay.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong product, contact us right away at support@happyyay.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  1. Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  2. Custom or personalized products

  3. Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  4. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about your specific item, please reach out to us.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. As with our general return policy, items must be returned in the same condition as when received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their end.
