If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect or faulty item.

Please note that you must contact us within 3 days after receiving your order to report any incorrect or damaged items, and the item must be returned within 3 days of notification.
