Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable on all returns.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label to send the faulty or incorrect product back to us.
To ensure prompt service, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and return the incorrect or damaged item within the same period.
