At Happy Yay, your satisfaction matters.

We review refund requests individually and aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. Orders placed within 30 days may qualify for a refund on a case-by-case basis. Typical situations where refunds are approved include delayed delivery, manufacturing defects, or items damaged during transit.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable on all returns.
