Returns & Refunds Policy

At Happy Yay, your satisfaction matters. We review refund requests individually and aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. Orders placed within 30 days may qualify for a refund on a case-by-case basis. Typical situations where refunds are approved include delayed delivery, manufacturing defects, or items damaged during transit.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable on all returns.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label to send the faulty or incorrect product back to us.

To ensure prompt service, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and return the incorrect or damaged item within the same period.
